START requires at least 12 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session. As clients like to be seen promptly, it is only fair to give every opportunity to fill any empty appointments.

If you fail to attend a booked appointment, please expect to be charged for the full session cost. Forgetting your appointment or realising a deadline is due the next day is not a valid excuse.

If you are ill or unable to make your appointment on the same day please take the time to telephone 07900 555 005 so the message gets to START immediately. An email may not be seen for a few hours.

Generally, insurance companies will not cover the cost of missed appointments or late cancellations. These fees need to be met by the customer.

Obviously when there is inclement weather conditions or medical emergencies, a polite phone call to explain would be appreciated.
