START requires at least 12 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session. As clients like to be seen promptly, it is only fair to give us every opportunity to fill any vacant appointment slots.

If you fail to attend a booked appointment, please expect to be charged for the full session cost. It 

If you are ill or unable to make your appointment on the same day please take the time to telephone 07900 555 005 so the message gets to START immediately. An email may not be seen for a few hours.

Obviously when there is inclement weather conditions or medical emergencies, a polite phone call to explain would be appreciated.
