There will be a minimum charge of £15 for any letters or documentation required for referral to specialists, student services, insurance company or any professioal body. This is to cover the the time taken to type the letter.
There will be a charge of £5 per document provided for the purpose of receipts other than those provided by the credit card machine. With the increased number of people requiring detailed receipts, the cheapest option is to have multiple sessions per receipt rather than issuing one each time.
