START has provided clinical placements for final year Physiotherapy students from Robert Gordon University and Queen Margaret University.

START Clinic is not currently offering any free placement positions, but if you are a physiotherapy undergraduate and willing to pay for your placement, please write a detailed and thorough email to bernie@startclinic.co.uk. Taking on a student is a massive commitment of time, energy and effort. Teaching skills, practising new techniques and providing constant feedback is hard work and I can not afford to give it away. Physiotherapy courses for postgraduates usually cost around £400/day. If you are wanting a placement at a  clinic that is going to be dynamic and exciting make contact and we can discuss.

Due to START being a private practice, client confidentiality is of utmost importance so taking on high school students from St Andrews and the surrounding area is a little difficult.  START will only consider high school students if a teacher makes direct contact with the clinic and provides a glowing report.
